The former Emma Hamilton Public House at 328 Kingston Road has been purchased in Joint venture to redevelop.

Planning permission has been obtained for two schemes: one of 57 apartments with 7,300 square feet of commercial accommodation at ground floor; the other, of 55 apartments with no commercial accommodation. Both schemes have been designed by internationally renowned architect, Piers Gough of CZWG.
