The Arsenal regeneration project transformed over 60 acres of N7 and N5 into over 3,000 new homes, 3 million sqft of Class E space, leisure and retail space, and community facilities including nursery schools, a medical centre, sub-regional waste transfer station and a gym/fitness centre.

Vizion 7 is part of that regeneration project. It compromises over 560 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses; with Electric Works Holloway at ground floor level, offering Class E spaces from 500 sqft to 10,000 sqft. The scheme also includes the Mount Carmel nursery school, and a dedicated NHS medical surgery.
