May 2013 Third time’s a charm for Wimbledon Chase revampStadium Capital Holdings has got the go ahead to transform the derelict Emma Hamilton pub close to Wimbledon Chase Station, SW20, into a 57-flat scheme. Planning for the five-storey, mixed use project, designed by Piers Gough, follows two unsuccessful applications by Stadium.
